About the Role

While the position is 100% remote for administrative tasks and planning, you will be dispatched to client sites within a designated service territory (for which you must be a resident) for hands-on work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to assess issues before dispatch.
- Conduct on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of technical equipment (e.g., HVAC systems, industrial machinery, medical devices, or commercial appliances).
- Maintain accurate service records, update CRM systems, and manage parts inventory.
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch teams, explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
