About the Role

As our Senior Project Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our project execution team. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of critical engineering projects, from initial concept and planning through to successful deployment and post-launch optimization. Your expertise will be vital in navigating technical challenges, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations and business objectives. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, and QA) to ensure project alignment and seamless collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and project dependencies proactively.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders (product managers, executives) to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) effectively to drive project delivery.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company best practices.
• Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in engineering project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience leading Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
