Salary Range

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee complex engineering projects from initiation through completion. You’ll serve as the technical authority and primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and deliver on time. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for engineering initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and best practices
• Experience with CAD software and engineering analysis tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
