What You’ll Do

• Design and develop advanced electrical systems and components for consumer and industrial products
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Lead project teams through the entire product development lifecycle
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level electrical engineers
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software teams, and product managers
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical designs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design processes

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
• Proven track record of leading complex electrical design projects
• Experience with PCB design and layout (Altium Designer preferred)
• Strong background in analog and digital circuit design

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller applications
• Understanding of EMC/EMI compliance and testing
• Familiarity with industry standards (UL, IEC, NEC)

Salary Range

$115,000 – $155,000 USD/year
