About the Role

• Lead the end‑to‑end design of high‑efficiency power converters, inverters, and battery management systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—software, mechanical, and product management—to integrate electrical solutions into consumer and industrial products.
• Drive technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and set best‑practice standards for design, simulation, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with international safety, EMC, and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, CE).
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and reduce time‑to‑market.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in power electronics, renewable energy, or high‑performance power systems.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept through production.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in power converter topologies (buck, boost, flyback, full‑bridge, resonant, etc.).
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, and Cadence.
• Strong knowledge of PCB layout, thermal analysis, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Experience with embedded firmware integration and real‑time operating systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards (IEC 61800, IEC 61000, ISO 26262 for automotive, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
