About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex electrical systems for innovative hardware and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze analog, digital, and power electronic circuits for new products
• Develop and validate electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and system architectures
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis to ensure product reliability
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate electrical systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and technical standards
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance documentation
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
• 7+ years of experience in electrical design and system development
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, OrCAD) and simulation software
• Strong understanding of power systems, analog/digital circuits, and PCB design
• Experience with testing, validation, and compliance standards (e.g., UL, CE)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Salary Range

$95,000 – $135,000 USD/year depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
