About the Role

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive safety management experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or healthcare.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or OSHA 30‑hour certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of reducing incident rates and improving safety culture in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Strong proficiency with safety management software (e.g., Intelex, Gensuite, VelocityEHS) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex safety concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
