About the Role & Your Impact

You will be the cornerstone of our safety strategy, developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs that comply with all OSHA and industry-specific regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site (as needed) safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Lead root cause analysis for all recordable incidents and near-misses, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Manage OSHA 300/300A logs and ensure timely, accurate reporting of all safety data.
  • Deliver engaging virtual safety training sessions and maintain comprehensive training records.
  • Monitor leading and lagging safety indicators, preparing dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary safety consultant for operations, HR, and leadership teams.
  • Stay current with evolving OSHA standards, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety management within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910, 1926, etc.) and MSHA standards.
  • Proven experience with safety management software (e.g., Intelex, VelocityEHS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence change in a matrixed organization.
