About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily sales, labor, and food cost reports for each assigned restaurant.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Conduct virtual weekly meetings with store managers to review goals, share best practices, and provide coaching.
• Oversee inventory ordering and supplier relationships through integrated procurement platforms.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards via remote audits and video walkthroughs.
• Drive marketing initiatives, including local promotions and loyalty programs, coordinated with the corporate marketing team.
• Prepare monthly performance presentations for senior leadership, highlighting trends and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in multi‑unit environments.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems, scheduling software, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Salary Range
