Imagine mastering the art of hospitality without being tied to a single kitchen. This is a fully remote leadership role where your strategic mind and passion for service shape the guest experience across a portfolio of distinct restaurant concepts. If you thrive on solving complex operational puzzles and building winning teams from a distance, your next career chapter starts here.
About the Role: The Virtual Maestro of Hospitality
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Restaurant Manager to oversee the operational health and cultural heartbeat of our multi-concept restaurant group. This is not a traditional site-based role; it is a strategic, remote position focused on data-driven performance, standardized excellence, and cohesive team development across all locations. You will be the connective tissue between our corporate vision and the frontline reality, leveraging technology to monitor, coach, and elevate every outlet.
Key Responsibilities & Your Impact
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily sales, labor costs, food cost percentages, and guest satisfaction metrics for all assigned locations via cloud-based POS and management platforms. Implement corrective actions and best practices remotely.
- Team Leadership & Development: Partner with local General Managers to recruit, onboard, train, and mentor management teams. Conduct virtual training sessions, performance reviews, and leadership coaching to foster a unified company culture.
- Process & Brand Standardization: Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, recipes, safety protocols (ServSafe), and service sequences. Develop and refine operational playbooks and checklists.
- Financial Acumen: Manage P&L accountability for your portfolio. Analyze weekly financial reports, forecast labor needs, control inventory, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee relationships with key distributors, negotiate pricing, and ensure consistent product quality and availability across all markets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team on new menu rollouts, marketing initiatives, and facility upgrades. Provide insights from the operational front lines.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the scope of the portfolio, alongside a robust benefits package designed for the remote professional.
Salary Range
$65,000 – $85,000 USD/year (Based on experience, portfolio size, and geographic scope. Includes performance-based bonus potential.)
Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (90% company-paid for employee)
- 401(k) with company match
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) + 12 Company Holidays
- Annual Professional Development Stipend ($2,000)
- Home Office Setup Allowance
- Quarterly “Connect & Celebrate” Travel: Fully paid trips to visit locations, attend team summits, and experience the guest journey firsthand.

- 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit or corporate group setting.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, cost control (food & labor), and budget forecasting.

- Exceptional communication skills: ability to lead, motivate, and provide clear feedback via video conference, phone, and written reports.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or equivalent) and a deep understanding of local health & safety regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Self-starter with impeccable time management, able to operate autonomously and prioritize in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (pre-planned, focused trips to assigned locations).
Preferred Attributes (The “Wow” Factor)
- Experience implementing a new concept or managing a high-volume, fast-casual, or fine-dining brand.

How We Work: The Remote-First Advantage
This role is built for the modern leader. Your schedule will be primarily aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours to support our primary operational regions, with flexibility for deep work and team check-ins. We measure output, not online presence. Success is defined by the profitability and morale of your portfolio, not by your physical location.

We believe in promoting from within, investing in our people, and creating spaces where both guests and employees feel valued. Our remote leadership team is a tight-knit group of problem-solvers who believe that exceptional hospitality can be nurtured and directed from anywhere with the right tools and passion.
