About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and monitor health status through telehealth platforms
• Provide post-operative education and wound care guidance to surgical patients
• Manage medication reconciliation and patient education on prescribed treatments
• Coordinate care transitions and follow-up appointments with healthcare providers
• Utilize remote patient monitoring devices to track vital signs and detect early warning signs
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, video, and secure messaging
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 – $85,000 USD/year, depending on experience, qualifications, and shift selection. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime pay, and performance-based bonuses.
