A Typical Day Might Include:

• Conducting 15-30 minute video consultations for acute and chronic condition management.

• Participating in daily huddles and case reviews with the medical team.

What We’re Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

We need a proactive, licensed Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in clinical practice and a knack for empathetic communication in a virtual setting. You must be a self-starter who can work independently in a home office while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Essential Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in a compact state (NLC) or a valid license in the state you reside. Multi-state licensure is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or acute care setting. Telehealth experience is desirable but not mandatory—we will train the right candidate.
• Proficiency with technology: You must be comfortable with video conferencing platforms, EHR systems (we use Epic), and general computer navigation. A stable, high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps+ upload/download) and a dedicated, quiet workspace are mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills: Ability to listen actively, assess tone and context, and convey complex medical information in simple, compassionate terms.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification is required. ACLS is highly preferred.
