About the Role

As a Remote ICU Registered Nurse, you will be the vital link between critically ill patients and their healthcare team. Utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret complex vital signs and monitor data streams in real-time, administer medications via tele-prescribing protocols, and provide expert guidance to on-site staff. Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in good standing within your state of residence.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent, progressive experience in a Level I Trauma Center or equivalent ICU setting.
• Proven expertise in managing complex mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a virtual team environment using secure communication platforms.
• Strong critical thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and decisive during high-stress situations.
