About the Role: The Future of Critical Care is Remote

You will serve as a pivotal member of our Virtual ICU (V-ICU) command center, providing real-time surveillance, assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients in partner hospitals. Using state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and integrated EHR systems, you will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, interpret complex hemodynamic and respiratory data, and collaborate closely with on-site physicians and nurses. Your day involves proactive rounding via camera, rapid response to alarms, family communication, and meticulous documentation. Requirements: Excellence in Critical Care & Technology

Must-Have Credentials & Experience

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of residence.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent, full-time bedside experience in a Medical/Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, or Neuro ICU.
• BLS and ACLS certification (current).
• Proven expertise in managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, central lines), and vasoactive medications.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and strong digital literacy.

Preferred Skills for the Virtual Environment

• Previous experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or a V-ICU setting is a significant advantage.
