About the Role

Core Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assess patient status in real time using video and remote monitoring tools.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Document clinical observations and update care plans within electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about post‑acute care instructions and follow‑up steps.
• Respond promptly to emergent changes, coordinating with on‑site staff when necessary.
• Conduct virtual family meetings to discuss care plans and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active RN license in good standing, possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and have a minimum of two years of acute care experience, preferably within an ICU setting. Strong proficiency with telehealth technologies, electronic medical records, and critical care assessment tools is essential.
