Core Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on a high-volume, diverse mix of diagnostic imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography.
• Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant preliminary and final reports for emergency and routine studies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with referring physicians and clinical teams via integrated communication systems for critical findings and consultations.
• Adhere strictly to quality assurance protocols, compliance standards (including HIPAA), and turnaround time expectations.
• Participate in periodic peer review and continuing medical education activities to maintain and elevate departmental standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Credentials & Experience

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or equivalent (AOBNM).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state with the ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (we provide support for this process).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical radiology experience in a hospital or high-volume private practice setting.
• Proven experience in a teleradiology or high-volume remote reading environment is highly desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced PACS (e.g., Ambra, Merge, Sectra) and EMR integration.
• Uncompromising commitment to patient safety, diagnostic accuracy, and professional ethics.

Compensation & Benefits Package

This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor or W-2 employee position, based on candidate preference and operational fit. We offer a highly competitive compensation structure that rewards productivity, expertise, and quality.

Salary Range

$350,000 – $480,000 USD/year
Compensation is productivity-based (RVU-driven) with significant earning potential for high-volume, efficient readers. The range reflects varying levels of experience, subspecialty credentials, and contractual arrangements. A guaranteed draw or minimum may be considered for select candidates.
