About the Role

As a Quantitative Researcher at Data Innovations Inc., you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge quantitative methodologies. You’ll design, implement, and rigorously test statistical models to analyze complex datasets, providing actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives across our organization. This role demands a deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques and a relentless pursuit of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated quantitative models (e.g., time-series, econometrics, machine learning) to analyze large-scale datasets.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis and validation to ensure model accuracy and robustness.
• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and other researchers to define research questions and project goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in quantitative research methodologies and statistical software.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing quantitative research projects.
• Proven expertise in statistical programming languages (Python, R) and statistical software (Stata, SAS).
• Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, time-series modeling, Bayesian methods).
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and data cleaning methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
