About the Role

As a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone of our virtual psychiatric practice. You’ll conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans (including medication management), and provide ongoing therapy and support to patients via secure telehealth platforms. This role demands clinical excellence, deep empathy, and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships remotely. You’ll collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care coordinators within our integrated virtual health ecosystem.

Requirements

**Advanced Degree:** Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.

**Current Licensure:** Active, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) you intend to serve (remote work requires state-specific licensure compliance).

**Certification:** Current certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC or equivalent).

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, crisis intervention).

**Technical Proficiency:** Expertise in using secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

**Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and compassionately to diverse patients and colleagues.
