What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments via secure video consultations
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans including medication management
• Prescribe appropriate psychotropic medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects
• Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in our electronic health record system
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and peer consultations

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Active and unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC preferred)
• Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from an accredited program
• Current DEA registration and state controlled substance licenses
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing (post-graduation)

• Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Salary Range & Compensation

$120,000 – $160,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience, credentials, and location)
