About the Role

As a Remote Physician, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse panel of patients through secure video consultations. You will become a cornerstone of our patient-centered medical home model, providing continuity of care, writing prescriptions, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and collaborating seamlessly with our integrated care team of nurses and specialists. This role eliminates administrative burdens and office overhead, allowing you to focus 100% on what you do best: practicing high-quality medicine. You will set your own schedule within agreed-upon operational hours, achieving a perfect balance between professional commitment and personal life.

Key Requirements

We are looking for accomplished medical professionals who meet these core criteria:

• Active M.D. or D.O. license in good standing with at least one U.S. state medical board.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• Current DEA registration and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed (we support and subsidize this process).
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Proficient with technology and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Telehealth experience is a plus, but we provide full training for exceptional candidates new to virtual care.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

We offer a highly competitive, guaranteed base salary range of $180,000 – $250,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, specialty, and volume. This is not a production-based RVU model; your base is secure, with significant bonus potential for exceeding quality and access metrics.
