We are seeking dedicated, board-certified Physicians to provide exceptional remote patient care through our advanced telehealth platform. About the Role & Impact

As a Remote Physician, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse patient population via secure video consultations. Your day-to-day involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, prescribing appropriate treatments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing clear, empathetic health education—all from your dedicated home office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct real-time, video-based patient evaluations and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and medication management.

• Collaborate virtually with nurses, medical assistants, and specialists within the care team.
• Adhere strictly to all clinical protocols, compliance standards, and prescribing regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for patient-centered clinicians who excel in a digital environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, communicative, and passionate about expanding access to care.

Must-Have Credentials:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure is a significant advantage).
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• Current DEA registration and NPI number.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Proficiency with computers, video conferencing tools, and ability to learn new software quickly.
• A private, quiet, and professional home workspace that meets all HIPAA requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Experience with the specific EHR platform (training provided, but adaptability is key).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport solely through a screen.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$180,000 – $280,000 USD per year
Compensation is commensurate with experience, specialty, and patient volume. This is a W-2 employee position with significant earning potential based on productivity. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
