About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure video conferencing. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed telehealth patient assessments and functional evaluations.
• Create and execute individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques (as appropriate for telehealth), and education on injury prevention.
• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Collaborate with patients’ primary care physicians, surgeons, and other providers as needed.
• Stay current with the latest telehealth best practices and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

We are looking for a clinician who combines technical proficiency with deep empathy. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure is a strong advantage).
• Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Have 1-3+ years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong academic and clinical internship performance will be considered).
• Be proficient with technology: high-speed internet, webcam, headset, and comfort with EHR and video platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills for a virtual environment.
• Maintain a professional, HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
