Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow-up virtual patient evaluations for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-operative conditions.
• Design and implement evidence-based, individualized home exercise programs.
• Provide real-time verbal cueing, form correction, and motivational support during sessions.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and occasionally with referring physicians.
• Participate in occasional team meetings and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring (Requirements)

We are looking for a licensed, motivated, and tech-savvy professional. The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed: Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in at least one U.S. state. We support and can discuss opportunities for license compact or additional state licensures.
• Educated: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Experienced: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with outpatient or orthopedic populations. New graduates with exceptional telehealth aptitude will be considered.
• Skilled: Proficiency with computers, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.), and willingness to learn our specific tools.
• Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about patient education.
• Equipped: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet, private workspace, and a computer with a webcam and microphone.
