About the Role

As a Remote Physical Therapist, you will be at the forefront of the modern rehab movement. You will conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, and provide guided therapeutic exercise sessions via secure video conferencing. Your role is pivotal in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their mobility goals without the barriers of travel. You will manage a flexible caseload of outpatient adults, utilizing our state-of-the-art digital platform and electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient assessments and functional evaluations via telehealth.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Lead real-time, supervised exercise sessions and provide manual therapy guidance through the screen.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in our EMR system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, OTs, and PTAs.
• Participate in occasional virtual team meetings and professional development.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted PT license in good standing in at least one U.S. state. Multi-state licensure is a significant plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics or general rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with technology; comfortable using video platforms, EMR software, and digital tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient engagement.
