About the Role: Telehealth Physical Therapy, Redefined

You will become a cornerstone of our growing virtual rehabilitation team, conducting comprehensive initial evaluations and designing personalized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Using our advanced, HIPAA-compliant platform, you’ll guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques (as appropriate for virtual delivery), and provide crucial education on self-management and injury prevention. Your day will be a blend of scheduled patient sessions, collaborative case reviews with our medical team, and meticulous documentation—all from your dedicated, private home workspace.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Perform evidence-based virtual patient assessments and functional evaluations.
• Develop and implement creative, home-based treatment plans using common household items.
• Provide real-time feedback, cueing, and motivation during live video sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, PAs, and other therapists in our integrated care model.
• Maintain precise, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in occasional peer-to-peer clinical mentoring and team meetings.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in at least one U.S. state. Multi-state licensure is a significant plus and we provide support for obtaining additional licenses.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedics.
• Proficient computer skills, including reliable high-speed internet, a quiet, professional home workspace, and comfort with video conferencing technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear virtual patient interaction.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience with telehealth or remote patient coaching.
• Certifications in orthopedics (OCS) or sports (SCS) are highly valued.

Salary Range

$85,000 – $115,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience, license portfolio, and clinical specialty. Compensation is a stable base salary; no production-based pressure.
