About the Role

Responsibilities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Proven experience (minimum 6 months) providing personal care assistance to seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits).

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient, compassionate demeanor.

Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (minimum 50 lbs).

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
