About the Role

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Compensation & Benefits

For this Remote Personal Care Aide position, we offer an estimated annual salary range of $40,000 – $55,000 USD, dependent on your experience, certification level, and full-time vs. part-time schedule. Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled video/phone wellness checks to assess client status, mood, and safety.
• Providing verbal guidance, reminders (for medications, appointments, meals), and engaging companionship to reduce isolation.
• Updating and maintaining accurate, timely client notes and care plans within our digital system.
• Acting as a communication hub between clients, their families, and the clinical care team to report changes or concerns.
• Assisting clients with light administrative tasks over video, such as organizing mail, reviewing schedules, or video-assisted meal planning.
• Upholding strict confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and ethical standards in all remote interactions.
