About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Aides to provide non-medical, in-home support to our clients via remote monitoring, coordination, and virtual assistance. In this innovative remote model, you will serve as a crucial lifeline and advocate. You will use secure video platforms to check in, provide companionship, guide clients through daily activities, and coordinate with family members and local care teams. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Conduct scheduled video wellness check-ins with clients to assess mood, safety, and daily needs.
• Provide virtual companionship and social engagement to combat isolation through meaningful conversation and activities.
• Remind and assist clients with medication schedules (non-administration) and hydration/nutrition prompts.
• Guide clients through light therapeutic exercises, range-of-motion activities, and wellness routines.
• Offer cognitive stimulation through games, puzzles, and reminiscence therapy.
• Document all interactions, observations, and client concerns accurately and promptly in our secure system.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with client families, case managers, and local emergency contacts as needed.
• Identify and report any changes in client condition or potential safety hazards immediately.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a heart for service and the discipline for remote work. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience providing personal care, companionship, or support to elderly or disabled individuals in a home, assisted living, or similar setting.
• Tech Proficiency: Reliable high-speed internet, a private and quiet workspace, and competence with video calling platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Ability to learn and use proprietary care management software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, profound patience, empathy, and reliability. Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
• Environment: Must be a resident of the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$32,000 – $42,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and certification. Overtime opportunities may be available.
