About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence

• Assist attorneys during client meetings and court appearances
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, calendar management, and document filing
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel professionally
• Support trial preparation and coordinate logistics for hearings and depositions

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Certification from an accredited paralegal program is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
• High attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills
