Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databases to support case strategy.
• Coordinate case schedules, manage electronic evidence, and maintain comprehensive case files.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to gather essential information.
• Assist in preparing deposition summaries and trial binders.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a paralegal certificate from an accredited program and possess at least three years of experience in civil litigation. A bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Technical Skills
