Are you an experienced CDL-A driver ready to be your own boss? We are seeking dedicated Owner-Operator Drivers for remote, home-based routes across Texas and the continental U.S. This isn’t just a trucking job; it’s your independent business with the backing of a stable, industry-leading partner. Enjoy the freedom of the open road with the security of consistent freight and transparent, top-tier compensation.

About the Role: Your Business, Our Support

As an Owner-Operator Driver, you will operate as an independent contractor, running your own truck while hauling dedicated freight for our clients. You choose your home base anywhere in Texas, and we provide the steady, high-quality loads that keep you moving and profitable. This is a true remote position—your truck is your office, and your expertise is your greatest asset. We handle the customer relationships and dispatching, allowing you to focus on what you do best: driving safely and efficiently.

Why Partner With Us?

Unmatched Financial Opportunity

Our compensation model is designed to put the most money in your pocket. We offer a highly competitive percentage pay structure or a lucrative flat-rate per mile, meaning your earnings directly reflect your effort. There are no forced dispatch policies—you have the final say on the loads you take.

True Independence with Stability

Be your own boss without the isolation of finding your own freight. You control your schedule, your home time, and your truck. In return, we guarantee access to consistent, premium freight lanes that minimize deadhead miles and maximize your weekly revenue.

What We’re Looking For: The Requirements

We partner with professionals who take pride in their equipment and their work. To qualify, you must:

  • Hold a valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record (MVR).
  • Have at least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience.
  • Own or have a lease-purchase agreement for a well-maintained 2018 or newer dry van or flatbed tractor (53′ trailer preferred).
  • Possess a valid MC Number (Motor Carrier authority) or be willing to obtain one with our guidance.
  • Be able to pass a comprehensive DOT physical and maintain current medical card.
  • Reside permanently in the state of Texas.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Your income is a direct function of your work. Based on our current freight network and industry standards for Texas-based owner-operators, the estimated gross revenue potential ranges from $70,000 to $120,000+ annually. This is not a salary; it is your gross income before operating expenses (fuel, insurance, maintenance, etc.). Our dedicated freight and minimal deadhead miles are engineered to help you achieve the higher end of this spectrum. We provide transparent weekly settlements with no hidden fees.

Comprehensive Support & Benefits

When you partner with us, you gain more than just loads. You get a support system built for your success:

  • Dedicated Dispatch & 24/7 Support: Your personal dispatcher works for you, not the other way around.
  • Premium Freight: Access to primarily dedicated, drop-and-hook, and no-touch freight from major retailers and manufacturers.
  • Fuel Programs: Competitive fuel surcharges and access to discounted fuel cards at major networks.
  • Quick Pay: Get paid within 24-48 hours of submitting your proof of delivery (BOL).
  • Maintenance & Tire Discounts: Significant savings at national service centers and tire vendors.
  • No Forced Dispatch: Absolute authority to accept or decline any load without penalty.
  • Insurance Options: Assistance in obtaining affordable physical damage and cargo insurance.

How to Get Started

If you are a professional, safety-conscious Owner-Operator Driver based in Texas and are ready to elevate your business with reliable, high-paying freight, we want to hear from you. This is a contractor position requiring your own equipment and authority.

Please prepare your CDL, MVR, insurance card, and proof of your MC Number (if applicable). Contact our recruiting team directly to schedule a confidential conversation and discuss your specific equipment and goals. We value transparency and will answer all your questions about our program, the freight network, and the onboarding process.
