What You’ll Do

• Select and secure freight loads from a dedicated digital freight platform.
• Plan optimal routes using provided logistics tools to maximize efficiency.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation (ELD, bills of lading, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and shippers.
• Manage your business expenses, including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and licensing.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).

• Proof of active insurance meeting federal minimums (liability, cargo, physical damage).
• Either possess your own USDOT/MC authority or be willing to enter a transparent lease-on agreement with our contractual carrier partner.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and DOT drug screen.
