About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at TechGrowth Solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and leveraging provided lead lists.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery calls and product demonstrations via video conferencing to understand client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a disciplined weekly sales activity plan (calls, emails, meetings).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline stages in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product roadmap to position solutions effectively.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful outside/B2B sales experience, with a documented history of exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; resilient and persistent in the face of rejection.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and expert at personal time management without direct supervision.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with CRM software, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional home workspace.

Salary & Commission Structure

Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience)

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $120,000+ USD/year

This includes a significant uncapped commission plan with accelerators, a quarterly bonus for top performers, and an annual renewal commission on retained business. Top 10% earners significantly exceed $150,000.
