About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the mathematical engine of our operations team. You will design, develop, and implement sophisticated algorithms and simulation models to solve intricate problems in resource allocation, routing, scheduling, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and solve complex optimization problems using linear/non-linear programming, integer programming, and heuristics.
• Develop simulation models (e.g., discrete-event, Monte Carlo) to forecast system performance under uncertainty.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into precise mathematical models and technical specifications.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Python (PuLP, SciPy, Gurobi/CPLEX) or similar tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
• Continuously monitor model performance and refine algorithms for real-world application.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an operations research, analytics, or quantitative modeling role.
• Proven expertise with optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools) and programming (Python is essential, R or Julia a plus).
• Strong command of statistical analysis, probability theory, and stochastic modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate complex concepts simply.
• Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or SaaS operations.

Salary Range
