About the Role

• Present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences through visualizations, dashboards, and concise reports.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate models into production environments, enabling automated decision support.
• Continuously monitor model performance, refine assumptions, and incorporate new data to keep solutions relevant.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in operations research methodologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying optimization or simulation models in a business setting.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and experience with libraries like PuLP, Gurobi, CPLEX, or SciPy.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Technical & Soft Skills

• Solid grasp of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression techniques.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well‑defined mathematical formulations.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting complex ideas to executives and team members.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
