About the Role

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states (or willingness to obtain additional state licenses)
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or equivalent
• Current DEA registration for prescription authority
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Salary Range

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $145,000 USD per year, depending on experience, credentials, and state licensure coverage. Additional performance bonuses and incentives may be available for qualified candidates.
