You will function as a primary care provider within our telehealth ecosystem, managing a diverse panel of patients for acute and chronic conditions. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual patient interviews, physical examinations (as appropriate via telehealth), and diagnostic reasoning.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, mental health), and provide preventive care.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, adjusting treatment plans based on results.
• Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.

Required Credentials & Experience

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multistate licensure is a strong plus).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine.

Salary Range

$95,000 – $125,000 USD per year
