About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct mental health counseling services.
• Proven expertise in delivering effective teletherapy services to diverse populations.
• Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals).
