Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or currently enrolled in an accredited MA program.
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar) and familiarity with virtual visit platforms.
