Steer high-performing, geographically dispersed teams to breakthrough results in this fully remote leadership role. We’re seeking a strategic Manager who thrives on building culture without walls, driving performance through trust, and shaping the future of work. If you’re ready to own your schedule while making a tangible company-wide impact, this is your opportunity.

About the Role

As a Remote Manager, you will be the pivotal leader for a key operational or functional team, ensuring they deliver exceptional outcomes while fostering a connected, engaged, and productive remote work environment. You will translate company vision into team goals, optimize processes, and develop your team members’ careers. This role is a cornerstone of our organization’s commitment to a flexible, results-oriented culture, reporting directly to senior leadership and playing a critical part in our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8-12 professionals across multiple time zones, setting clear expectations and providing regular, constructive feedback.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle for your team: from hiring and onboarding top remote talent to performance management, development planning, and retention.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows, leveraging digital tools (like Asana, Slack, Zoom, Notion) to maximize productivity and collaboration in a virtual setting.
  • Translate quarterly business objectives into actionable team OKRs or KPIs, track progress meticulously, and report on outcomes to leadership.
  • Champion our remote-first culture by modeling communication best practices, promoting psychological safety, and organizing virtual team-building initiatives.
  • Manage the team’s operational budget, forecast resource needs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between your team and other departments, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Demonstrated success managing remote teams. You must have deep experience building trust, accountability, and camaraderie without physical proximity.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to improve team performance.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguous situations, resolve conflicts, and make decisive calls with limited information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
