About the Role

As a Management Analyst, you’ll serve as the strategic backbone of our operations team, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve performance across departments. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, operations analysis, or process improvement
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and workflow optimization frameworks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you simplify complexity
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment

Salary Range

$52,000 – $78,000 USD/year — based on experience, location-adjusted for cost-of-living neutrality, and performance. This role includes performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews.
