Key Responsibilities

Core Analytical Duties

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for performance issues and propose data-backed solutions.
• Create detailed business cases and ROI calculations for proposed initiatives or technology adoptions.

Strategic & Collaborative Work

• Partner with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks.
• Document current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership and internal teams via video conferencing and shared digital whiteboards.
• Stay abreast of industry benchmarks and best practices in operational efficiency and management consulting.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a management analysis, business analysis, operations consulting, or related data-driven role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying is essential. Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is required.

Compensation & Benefits
