About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Organize, store, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse areas following established procedures.
• Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) or spreadsheets.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Perform cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with the remote warehouse team and supervisors via digital communication tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proven experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or order fulfillment environment (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts – training provided).
