About the Role

As Director of Clinical Services, you will be the visionary architect of our clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

**Team Management:** Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of nurses, therapists, and support staff.

**Quality & Compliance:** Oversee clinical quality initiatives, ensure adherence to all federal, state, and accrediting body standards, and implement robust compliance programs.

**Operational Excellence:** Optimize clinical workflows, resource allocation, and patient throughput to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

**Data-Driven Decision Making:** Analyze clinical data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure program effectiveness.

**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner effectively with physicians, administrators, and community partners to foster seamless care coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

**Education:** Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

**Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director/Manager role within a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic, or healthcare system).

**Licensure:** Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.
*

**Knowledge:** Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, TJC), clinical best practices, and healthcare operations.

**Skills:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in healthcare management software.
