Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations via phone, video call, or email to design custom travel packages.
• Research destinations, negotiate with suppliers, and book complex multi-destination trips.
• Provide expert advice on visas, travel insurance, local customs, and hidden gems.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle, from initial quote to post-trip follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on travel trends, airline policies, and global health/safety updates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

We’re looking for a self-motivated professional with a genuine passion for travel and top-tier customer service skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote setting and is adept at using technology to build rapport and close sales.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in travel sales, planning, or a high-touch customer service role.
• Proven ability to sell and design travel itineraries (experience with a host agency or as an independent agent is a plus).
• Mastery of major GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport) or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative sales style.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-discipline and the ability to manage your schedule independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Commission

Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience.
Uncapped Commission: Earn a significant commission on all bookings, with top performers achieving a total annual compensation of $75,000 – $100,000+.
