Key Responsibilities
Strategic Territory Development & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month territory business plan. Identify and prioritize high-value prospects and untapped market segments. Conduct thorough competitive analysis to differentiate our offerings and capitalize on white space opportunities.
Full-Cycle Account Management & Sales
Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and onboarding. Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, both virtually and, when appropriate, in person.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for revenue, new logos, and growth within the territory. Maintain accurate and timely forecasting in our CRM (Salesforce), providing clear visibility into pipeline health and future performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the voice of the customer and the territory, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Provide feedback to shape marketing campaigns, product development, and support resources to better meet regional needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills & Background
You are a proven hunter and farmer with a track record of over-achievement in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, industrial, or professional services.
- 3+ years of successful outside or field sales experience with documented quota attainment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans from scratch.
- Expert-level skills in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with impeccable time management, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a remote, unstructured environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary & Incentive
Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and territory potential.
Commission: Uncapped, accelerators, and quarterly bonuses with a strong on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $110,000 – $150,000+ for top performers.
