About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Medical/Surgical division, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ontario.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, progressive experience in Medical/Surgical nursing within the past 5 years.
• Proven ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills, with demonstrated proficiency in assessing patient conditions and responding appropriately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective virtual collaboration and patient/family education.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and virtual care platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
