About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, lab results, and overall condition in real-time.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage complex IV therapies and ventilator support remotely.
• Collaborate with on-site ICU physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists via secure video conferencing and integrated EHR systems.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices for critically ill patients.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Maintain meticulous, accurate documentation in our electronic health record system.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current, active California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, progressive experience in a hospital-based ICU setting.
• Proven expertise in managing complex patients requiring mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
