Earning Potential & Compensation

Estimated Annual Salary Range:

$75,000 – $150,000+ USD/year

This wide range reflects the true independence of the model. A new operator building their business can expect to be in the $75k-$90k range, while experienced, efficient operators who consistently secure high-paying freight and manage expenses well routinely earn $120k-$150k or more. You receive a clear, flat percentage of the linehaul rate on every load, plus full fuel surcharges and all accessorials (detention, layover, etc.). There are no forced dispatches and no “company” discounts that eat into your margin.

Requirements: Are You the Independent Pro We’re Looking For?

This opportunity is built for established, professional owner-operators. We require a foundation of safety and reliability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Ownership of a late-model, well-maintained tractor (typically 2018 or newer). No van or box trucks.
• Active insurance meeting our minimum liability requirements ($1M cargo & liability). We can assist with finding competitive commercial insurance if needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR (Over-the-Road) experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a current Medical Card.
• Professional equipment: Must have or be willing to install an ELD (Electronic Logging Device) that is compatible with our system (most major brands are).
• Business mindset: You are responsible for your own taxes, fuel purchases, maintenance, and compliance (like IFTA and IRP).
