Requirements: Proven Independence

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable, recent OTR (Over-The-Road) or experienced regional driving experience.
• License & Authority: A valid, non-suspended Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). You must have your own active DOT authority (MC Number) and meet all FMCSA regulations, OR be willing to operate under our authority (details discussed).
• Equipment: Ownership or lease of a 2018 or newer, well-maintained semi-truck (tractor) in good working order. Must pass our basic safety inspection. Insurance meeting our minimum liability requirements ($1M cargo & liability).
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent time management, clear communication skills, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Location: Must be based within the contiguous United States. You are responsible for getting to and from your assigned loading/unloading points.
